Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please return the goods in suitable, protective packaging to prevent damage during transport. The original packaging is not required. Clothing may be tried on for inspection; see the information below about its condition and any loss in value. Please include your order number or other proof of purchase so we can identify your return. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the problem.

Exceptions / items not eligible for return

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example food, flowers or plants), custom-made items (for example special orders or personalised items), and personal care products (for example beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a particular item.

Sale and clearance items can also be returned under the statutory right of withdrawal. Your statutory rights of withdrawal and warranty remain unaffected.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain the item you want is to return the item you received. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.

European Union — 14-day withdrawal period

Refunds

Following a valid withdrawal, we will refund the amount due without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided evidence that they have been sent back, whichever happens first. We will use the same payment method you used for the order, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; we will not charge a fee for the refund. We will email you about the processing of your return. Condition of returned goods

Please return items in their original condition where possible. Clothing should only be tried on and should not be worn beyond this or washed.

Compensation for a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods may be required in accordance with applicable statutory provisions.

The statutory right of withdrawal and statutory rights in respect of defective goods remain unaffected.

WITHDRAWAL INSTRUCTIONS

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or letter.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery we offer.

Additional costs arising because you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer will not be reimbursed.

Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

CONDITION OF THE GOODS AND LOSS IN VALUE

You are liable for any loss in value of the goods only if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
