How long does delivery take?
In-stock items normally arrive within Germany in 3–5 business days from receipt of payment, including processing and shipping.
When will my pre-order arrive?
Pre-order T-shirts and hoodies are produced after the ordering period closes. You will receive your pre-order within two to three weeks after the order deadline, possibly sooner. This delivery period starts when pre-orders close, not when you place your order. The order deadline is shown on the pre-order page. Pre-orders require full payment at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Germany is free, including orders containing several items. Available delivery countries and any shipping charges outside Germany are shown at checkout.
Can I choose DHL or DPD?
Yes. At checkout for delivery within Germany, you can choose DHL Standard or DPD Standard. Both shipping options are free.
Which sizes are available?
Our pre-order T-shirts and hoodies are available in M, L, XL and XXL. Available sizes for clearance items may differ and are shown on each product page. Choose your usual clothing size and bear in mind that the fit may vary depending on your build.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible through our contact form. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will check whether a change or cancellation is still possible.
Are returns free, including reduced items?
Yes. N95 covers the return shipping costs and provides a return label after you contact us. Sale and clearance items can also be returned under the statutory right of withdrawal.
